Changes to our telephone service
In March 2020, we introduced a East End-wide telephone advice line to support our clients during the pandemic when our offices were closed. This service is in very high demand, and we regret that many callers are not able to get appointments with us.
From 2 October 2023, we are closing our East End-wide telephone advice line so that we can better provide local services to people who live, work or study in Hackney, Newham or Tower Hamlets.
If you live, work or study in Hackney, drop into the Hackney Service Centre from 9.30am Monday to Friday and speak to a receptionist there to request a call-back from a member of our team. Find the Hackney Service Centre at 1 Hillman Street, Hackney, London, E8 1DY. On Wednesdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 1.00pm, visit our desk in the Service Centre where you can speak directly with a member of our team.
If you live, work or study in Newham, call us on 020 3855 5233 to speak to a member of our team. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 10.00am.
