Face to face enquiries at the Hackney Service Centre

We launched a face to face reception in August 2023 at the Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY. If you live, work or study in Hackney, you can drop by on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 1:00pm to speak to a member of the team.

Our AdviceLine service is open until 4pm on Thursday 22nd December. To speak to an adviser, call 020 3855 4472. Our Tower Hamlets office is open for enquiries from 9:30am to 1pm on 19th, 20th and 21st December. The office is closed from Thursday 22nd December and reopens on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 at 9.30am.
