Advice appointments

We cannot offer same-day appointments. One of our assessors will call you back to carry out an initial assessment, and may book you an appointment where we can help.

There is very high demand for our services. This causes delays in responding to call-backs.  We apologise and are working hard to respond to as many callers as possible.

If you are a parent or carer of a child in Newham, you can arrange an appointment by calling 020 3880 2492 Monday and Tuesday from 10:00AM to 12:00 noon, or visiting one of the following family hubs and children’s centres:

  • Family Hub @ Shipman Youth Zone, 340 Prince Regent Lane, E16 3JH. Pre-booked appointments are available Mondays.
  • Sheringham Nursey & Family Hub @ Manor Park Community Children’s Centre, Sheringham Avenue, E12 5PB. Pre-booked appointments are available Wednesdays.
  • Family Hub @ East Ham Library, 328 Barking Road, E6 2RT. Pre-booked appointments available Thursdays.
  • Kay Rowe Children’s Centre, Osborne Road, E7 0PH. Pre-booked appointments are available Fridays.

Visit your local family hub reception for details about accessing this service or call 020 3880 2492 Monday and Tuesday from 10:00AM to 12:00 noon.

If you are a patient of Manor Park Surgery and are a registered patient of the Newham transitional team, your surgery can arrange an appointment. Enquire at Manor Park Surgery, 30 Church Road, London E12 6AQ.
