To book an appointment or call-back, speak to a member of our team at the Service Centre Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 12:30pm.
Other ways to book an appointment with an adviser
For parents with children aged 5 or younger, you can book an appointment with an adviser through your Children’s Centre.
You can book an appointment with an adviser through your child’s school if your child goes to one of the following Hackney schools:
- Shoreditch Park Primary School
- Skinners’ Academy
- St Scholastica’s Catholic Primary School
- Thomas Fairchild Community School
