Advice appointments
We have pre-booked appointments at the Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY and at our office at 300 Mare Street, London, E8 1HE.
To book an appointment or call-back, speak to a member of our team at the Service Centre Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to midday. We can assist around 20 people each session. We have a limited number of appointments and demand is very high. We recommend you get there early.
Energy advice drop-ins
Pop into the Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY on Mondays from 9:00am to midday for help with energy bills and welfare benefits.
More ways to get an appointment with an adviser
For parents with children in Hackney, we offer appointments with an adviser through your children’s centre, or by calling 020 4591 6738 Monday to Thursday between 10:00AM and 10:30AM. Leave a message and we will get back to you within five working days.

We offer drop-in advice, no appointment necessary at the following family hubs:
- Daubeney Children and Family Hub: Thursdays, 10:00am to 1:00pm. Daubeney Road, E5 0EG.
- Woodberry Down Children and Family Hub: Wednesdays 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Spring Park Drive, off Green Lanes, N4 2NP.
