Hackney Citizens Advice services
Our last drop-in session at the Hackney Service Centre takes place on Friday 19 December 2025 from 09:00.
Our first drop-in session of 2026 takes place at the Hackney Service Centre on Monday 5 January 2026 from 09:00.
Our office in Mare Street in Hackney is closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and reopens on Monday 5 January 2026.
Newham Citizens Advice services
Our advice closes after 15 December 2025. The line reopens as normal on Monday 5 January 2026 at 10:00.
Our office in Star Lane in Canning Town is closed from Wednesday 17 December and reopens on Monday 5 January 2026. There is no drop-in service at Star Lane.
Tower Hamlets Citizens Advice services
There is no drop in service at 32 Greatorex Street on Monday 22, Tuesday 23, or Wednesday 24 December 2025.
In the run up to Christmas, the office is open for pre-booked appointments only as follows:
- 09:30 to 17.30 on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December 2025
- 09:30 to midday on Wednesday 24 December 2025
Office in Greatorex Street re-opens as normal on Monday 5 January 2026
