🌇Summer bank holiday service update
Our services in Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets are closed on Monday 31 August 2026 for the summer bank holiday.
In Hackney, our drop-in service resumes at the Hackney Service Centre on Wednesday 3 September.
In Newham, our call-back line is closed on Monday 31 August. The service reopens as normal on Monday 7 September from 10:00AM.
In Tower Hamlets, our drop-in service resumes at our Whitechapel local office on Tuesday 2 September.
