🌴Bank holiday service update
Our services in Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets are closed on Monday 4 May 2026 for the early May bank holiday.
In Hackney, our drop-in service resumes at the Hackney Service Centre on Wednesday 6 May. We are not able to hold a drop-in on Friday 8 May because the local election count is held in the Service Centre.
In Newham, our call-back line is closed on Monday 4 May. The service reopens as normal on Monday 11 May from 10:00AM.
In Tower Hamlets, our drop-in service resumes at our Whitechapel local office on Tuesday 5 May.
