Newham service changes

We’re withdrawing our telephone service in Newham from the beginning of July 2024.

Since the beginning of the year we’ve been receiving more and more calls, now over 600 a day. This is far more calls that our volunteer-supported service in Newham can handle, and we’re sorry that many callers will have been disappointed and not able to get through.

Our office at the Hub, 123 Star Lane, Canning Town, E16 4PZ continues to be open for face-to-face enquiries on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00AM to 12:30PM (excluding public holidays).

We can’t offer same-day appointments. A member of our team will carry out an initial assessment, and may book you an appointment where we can help. Our service is in very high demand and we’re not able to see everyone.
