Advice appointments

We cannot offer same-day appointments. One of our assessors will call you back to carry out an initial assessment, and may book you an appointment where we can help. Our service is in very high demand and we are not able to see everyone.

Other ways to book an appointment with an adviser

If you are a parent or carer of a child in Newham, you can arrange an appointment with our adviser at the Shipman Youth Centre in Prince Regent Lane, London E16 3JH. Visit the Centre for more information.
