We are currently recruiting experienced Adviser/Caseworkers or trainee Adviser/Caseworkers nearing completion of their Citizens Advice adviser certification to join our dedicated team. The closing date for completed applications is Monday 18th August 2025 at 12 noon.

All posts are fixed term for one year subject to satisfactory completion of probation and funding availability (with possible extension dependent on funding).

These roles will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused advice across a range of areas, including welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, and immigration (depending on experience and service requirements).

We are looking for individuals who:

  • have demonstrable experience providing generalist or specialist advice (for experienced roles) or are actively working toward full accreditation (for trainee roles)
  • possess excellent communication, interpersonal and workload management skills
  • are committed to delivering high standards of service and working in line with Citizens Advice values
  • can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced advice setting.

Posts are full time, 35 hours per week.

Salary from £29,229.60 to £34,759.80 per annum (inclusive of Inner London weighting), depending on experience and adviser certification.

All staff are entitled to join the auto enrolment pension scheme with employer contributions of 3% of gross salary and the employee contributions of 5% before tax relief.
