Our team in Canning Town offers a phone-in service on Monday mornings on 020 3855 5233 and a drop-in service on Tuesday mornings (except public holidays) at the Hub, 123 Star Lane, Canning Town, E16 1PZ.

Call us on 020 3855 5233. Lines are open Mondays only from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. Leave us a message, including your name and number. One of our advisers will call you back within 5 working days.

Visit our offices at the Hub, 123 Star Lane, Canning Town, London, E16 4PZ. Our office is on the second floor. We’re open Tuesdays only from 10:00AM to 12:00PM, excluding public holidays. A member of our team can book you a call-back with one of our assessors.

Advice appointments

We cannot offer same-day appointments. One of our assessors will call you back to carry out an initial assessment, and may book you an appointment where we can help. Our service is in very high demand and we are not able to see everyone.

Other ways to book an appointment with an adviser

If you are a parent or carer of a child in Newham, you can arrange an appointment with our adviser at the Shipman Youth Centre in Prince Regent Lane E16 3JH. Visit the Centre for more information.

If you are a patient of Manor Park Surgery and are a registered patient of the Newham transitional team, your surgery can arrange an appointment.
