Advice appointments

We cannot offer same day appointments.

Face to face assessments are available Monday to Wednesday from 9.30am to 10.00am, and information from reception to 1.00pm.
On Thursday and Friday we are open only for clients who already have an appointment with us. There is no walk-in service on Thursday and Friday.

Tower Hamlets Town Hall Residents Hub 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ. Face to face appointments are available Tuesdays between 9.45am and 11.45am. Ask at the Residents Hub reception for more information.

FELDY (Aberfeldy Community Space) 18 Aberfeldy Square, E14 0XA. Face to face appointments are available Wednesdays between 1.00pm and 4.00pm.

There is a very high demand for our service. You can book an appointment in advance.
